RFIC projects prerequisite and details


1. Students should finish one simple digital block full flow
a. Design of inverter/nand/nor gate/opamp/amplifier , test bench to calculate rise time, fall time, delay, power consumption, gain,
b. Layout of the blocks with DRC clean
c. RC or LRC Extraction simulation and comparison with circuit design results
d. LVS clean


I will strongly refuse to those who did not complete above tasks, As they can not finish the project without these fundamentals on time.
