RFIC Technologies, a design service company for analog and rfic requirements,with headquarter in Bangalore. We have expertise in complete transceivers for any wireless system in CMOS, BICMOS, SiGe process (not in GaAs). Which includes transmiter and receiver architectures, circuit design and layout of the RF, mixed signal system. We provide innovative design services for complex RFIC requirements, in any region, at highly competitive rates, in the rapidly expanding communication and consumer wireless markets.
RFIC Technologies is a design service company with self funded by rfic designers, As per now nov 2007 we have 18 core rfic designers with some supporting staff in HR and admin.
